Microgreens

Our microgreens

Our premium microgreens are grown for colour, flavour and resilience – ensuring they not only look fantastic but hold up in a professional kitchen environment. From fresh Thai basil to red vein sorrel, our range is selected to deliver recognisable, well-balanced flavours your customers will appreciate. We’ve worked closely with chefs and suppliers to refine our best-performing Sakura mix, one that feels familiar, is easy to work with and tastes great.

Every product is trialled for structure, durability and flavour so you get reliable results in every dish.

Microgreens are available in small or large punnets and cut products in 30g, 100g, 500g bags or a 16 punnet Sakura mix.

Our selection of Microgreens for foodservice include:

Insightful growing

We grow our microgreens on a compostable wood pulp base in precisely controlled environments where everything from humidity to lighting is monitored.

Germination typically takes between 3 and 10 days, depending on the variety. When ready, the germinated seedlings are moved to the main glasshouse to grow to maturity.

During growth, we use targeted LED light which helps the plants thrive while minimising energy use. Our team continually assess progress and make fine adjustments, whether that’s light exposure or nutrient levels, something that chefs value when consistency really matters.

We also offer flexible ordering, collection or delivery. As well as a range of pea shoots and salad cress tailored to foodservice customers.
