SALAD CRESS

Salad cress is the original British microgreen, first introduced in the 1960s. Today, each punnet is filled with a peppery blend of rape and cress seedlings.

PEA SHOOTS

Pea shoots are the young, tender leaves and tendrils of pea plants offering a sweet and fresh pea-pod flavour with a crisp texture and vibrant green colour to bring a delicious freshness.

Foodservice Microgreens

Our pea shoot blends take bagged salad to the next level combining our signature pea shoots with the peppery crunch of purple radish and the delicate sweet notes of garlic chives.

Supermarket Microgreens

Micro in size, massive in flavour – our vibrant and nutritious seedlings are harvested just after their first true leaves emerge, delivering a fresh and intense burst of flavour and colour.

LIVING SALADS

Fresh, vibrant, and still growing our living salads bring the joy of just-picked leaves straight to your kitchen, grown in a mix of red and green lettuce varieties offering a beautiful balance of colour.

HERE WE GROW

From our home in Yorkshire, we grow a variety of specialty salad produce in glasshouses across our two sites and pack up to 250 punnets of cress per minute on our busy production lines.
